Exhibit Hall Game Participation:
Exhibitors will have the opportunity to donate $50 toward prizes that will be given away in the exhibit hall on Thursday morning. Participating exhibitors will be given tickets to hand out to attendees on Wednesday evening and recognition during the event. On-site donations will not be accepted.

Exhibit Hall Booth:

Associates: $600
Non-Associates: $1,000

Price Includes: One 8×10 booth, unlimited booth staff, 6 Wednesday drink tickets and Thursday morning breakfast, one skirted table, two chairs, waste can, paper copy of the pre-event attendee list

Booth Staff name badges will be printed at a self-service station at the event.
$50 late fee will be assessed after August 25.

High-traffic booth space is an additional $50.

Associate Program Renewal
If you have not paid for your July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024 Associate Program benefits and would like to renew your benefits, please select the appropriate response. If you wish to join the Associate Program and receive the benefits, including a discount on your exhibit booth please select the appropriate response. New companies wishing to join the program will need to fill out an Associate Program Application and be approved at our next scheduled Executive Board Meeting.
2023-2024 Associate Renewal

- Please include our 2023-2024 Associate Program Nonprofit Rate on our Exhibit Invoice – $400

I understand my registration will not be processed without payment. All cancellations must be received in writing by emailing exhibit@itest.iowaleague.com. Cancellations are subject to a $50 administration fee. No refunds will be given within two weeks of the show date. No refunds will be made to no-shows. The Exhibit Organizer will receive a copy of this form shortly. A confirmation email with the final booth number, housing information, invoice and payment instructions will be emailed later.
