We head back out for another walking tour of the magnificent Iowa River Landing, this time to learn about commercial development that has been so critical to the area’s success. Attendees will get to see the new Xtream Arena up close before visiting retail stores, offices, and mixed-use buildings. The tour will then conclude with a visit to Backpocket Brewing, which opened in 2012 and offers a great selection of beers and food.
